As far as hypnosis goes there are books on Amazon on self hypnosis. I used to iuse my voice on a tape recorder to hypnotize myself but it seems tape recorders are obsolete. I dont know why....

I think you live in southern California. In 2006 I studied hypnosis at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana and graduated in 2007. If you want I can teach you some relaxation...
