Hope you are still feeling ok after round 1. I have been on TDM1 for about 10 months - I have three more infusions of it to go to finish out the year long study. My reactions are fairly mild...

I am also in a T-DM1 trial - I just had round 3 yesterday. My notable side effects have been:
• Neutropenia - my neutrophils dropped below 1000 and I had to have a T-DM1 dose...
