I agree, the most important reason for the SNB is to possibly prevent LN removal. Bottom line is knowing your markers,agreesiviness etc. I just don't like what the surgeon told my friend, Oh it'...

Hi,
Back to my question about the inbetween surgeries. If the breast cancer cells are in the ducts, can they leak after surgery,especially if there is not clean margins??? Or is this a silly...

Thanks for all the information. I will refer my friend to the board and various links. As for her tumor, it was.5 cm. I'm also going to push for her to have the SNB since the they have to go back...

This sounds VERY promising. The CDK inhibitor sounds something like herceptin. I truly believe the cure for bc and lots of other cancers is within 3 - 5 years.
