I have bone mets - had them off the bat on first diagnosis. One in T10/11, and possibly one in my shoulder. I do have back pain (had that for a while, at least a year prior to diagnosis). And my hips...

just came home from restaging after 6 rounds of Taxotere / Herceptin / Pertjeta for MBC with 2 bone mets (small one in the spine - T11- and a tiny one in the manubrium sternum).
