I saw your signature and you are eligible for TDM1 EAP. If there is a center near you who offers it, it doesn't take much time to start the drug. You just need to have the recent scan...

Thanks for all the advices. I think my oncologist's idea was that TDM1 was very effective even for people who used multiple prior chemos and it is a better drug to keep when the body is exposed to...

Tykerb and Herceptin is not a bad option when disease is not that big. In addition to that I think it is better to get the axilla lymph node removed. You don't need to run out of options...
