My surgeon was fine with my decision to have a double mastectomy (have 2 malignancies, but in only one breast)...

Thanks Pam! It does feel overwhelming...everything from the foggy brain, appts, feeling like crap, to my messy garage and closet! Sometimes when things are too much, it is just easier to do nothing...

I have only met with the breast surgeon, not the reconstructive surgeon yet. I am under the assumption I will have to have expanders and then implants. I have implants now, so I am fine with that...

I did well with Tylenol PM, but taking it about an hour before I need to go to bed. I had also taken a xanax if needed when waking up and not able to fall back asleep.
