I am having an MRI of Brain and Bones tomorrow. I need to ask for a MUGA too..as my onc only gave me 3 the whole time on adria/cytox...then taxol and herceptin + one whole yr of Herceptin.

I am slightly Er+,PR- , Her2+++ by both tests. FISH is themost reliable one.

I just read something people are getting when Tamoxifen does not work...will look for it at HealthTalk.com and othe places. Look at Clinical Trials too and get several opinions.. Let me know how...

Her2 is either positive or negative...You can have your Onc. look at your Biopsy report and YOU need a copy--make more...

I have been off herceptin for nearly a year after doing 12 weekly treatments(6 with taxol and 6 without weekly), then a larger dose of Herceptin every 3 wks for a year....MY MEMORY IS NOT BETTER !!! ...
