The pain in your back is from carrying all the weight of the hopes of a bunch of people.
Be proud to be one of the few brave enough to do this and healthy enough to know whether it will work.

Re: important-- turning her2+ Stage IV into chronic treatable disease
Immunotherapy is pretty expensive. It is very individualized in many cases. Treatments on the order of $100,000 for cell derived therapies using the patient's cells are common place. I asked for...

Have your doctor call Dr. Monica Loghin at Brain and Spine Center of MD Anderson Cancer Center. I have not seen the articles yet. I would love to put them on this forum.

Re: TDM1 for HER2+ brain mets reocurrence?
Nina and others started at 40 mg weekly for a four week period. This lets the easy to kill cells die and causes less of need for steroids. Then bump it to 1.6 mg/kg to get the rest of the cells. ...

Re: important-- turning her2+ Stage IV into chronic treatable disease
That is very exciting. I would also like to hear if PDL1 or similar type of drugs are being paired with Herceptin to get better activity. Right now, Perjeta plus TDM-1 is over US$23,000 per...
