Wanted to post that I'm 11 years from diagnosis.
When I came here It gave me hope to see others thriving after
Cancer.

Hello Julie,

A friend of mine used a bra for lyphoedema, not sure the name, and she said it helped. I have found if I swim everyday it heps more than anything else; manual drainage, therapy etc....
