I don't think we need worry - but you would definitely be having the bio-similar now. Like you, I have been stable for ages. My oncologist says my cancer is "indolent". She hasn't suggested...

I have just found out that Australia's pharmaceutical benefits scheme will no longer be funding Roche's Herceptin and my treatment will continue with a "bio-similar" called Herzuma....

Sorry to hear about the progression. What about T.DXd? (Trastuzumab deruxtecan) Here in Melbourne it is being trialled in the Destiny 07 trial.

It's 9 years since my metastatic diagnosis - still stable on Herceptin and Letrozole! A real roller coaster ride, but you will feel better once you have a treatment plan in place.
