I believe that by the book, TDM-1 is in order in such a case - it's second line when Herceptin / Perjeta fail you in the body (based on what my oncologist says - mind you, I'm in Canada, I believe...

But, you do not loose your hair and Taxanes (I had Docetaxel every three weeks) can be quite vicious in terms of side effects. So not sure if I'd had the choice I would not have opted for TDM-1. On...
