the standard "normal" readings for CEA lie between 0-3, I think - so not to worry. things like inflammation elsewhere in the body (unrelated to cancer) can cause it to go up.

Swimming is actually really good for lymphedema. There are specific exercises you can do it the pool (I think it's Tidhar method, if you look it up). You don't have to wear a sleeve in the water.
