Definately SRS. That will only radiate the areas of brain where there are disease. It's done in a single sitting, and can be repeated if needed. Breast Cancer Brain Mets have a 90 - 95% success...

It was decided today that either Linac or Tomotherapy will be used to boost the resection cavity.
Planning will be done on Thursday and treatment will start within a week of that....
