High protein or low protein diet?
I am struggling with trying to determine how much protein someone with hormone receptor negative, HER2+ MBC should be eating. I have found research that indicates dietary protein fuels HER2+, and that a protein-restricted plant-based would be best, but I have also read that a high animal protein diet would be beneficial. Please share what kind of diet you follow and your daily protein intake. Thank you!

Both diets have their place depending on goals and lifestyle. Some people balance protein intake while still enjoying convenience foods, occasionally checking the mcd lunch menu to fit meals into a busy day.
