The pigmented skin cells that became cancerous had turned on a gene, crestin, that is normally activated only in cells that are part of the neural ...

I read this the other day - had an interest since I also had melanoma, which seems to be related to breast cancer somehow. I recall some posts from Lani (?) where the P53 gene was mentioned.
