Afinitor/Everolimus +Exemestane
 

Hello All,
I have just been put on this combination of drugs. Anyone on this drug combination? How is it working for you and what are the side effects? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Pia

Thank you Amy, I start this combo tomorrow. Have one lung met that is growing along with a lymph node. Hopefully this will knock it back:). Pia

Everolimus is noted for causing mouth sores.
This is common. It can also raise blood sugar and choleterol and youll be monitored for this. Im sure there
are people on the board who can tell you of their experiences. This info is from a pharmacology book.
