I read this in a pharmacy journal. Apparently it effects
a calcium dependent enzyme called Calmodulin. I wonder how well Tamoxifen gets into the brain as Crytococcosis is often a brain infection. For those who like trivia the yeast Crytococcus Neoformans is theonly yeast that never produces a mycelial mold like form. It only exists as a budding yeast cell Paul |
