Thanks, Lani. Just yesterday I read an article in the local daily paper about multi vitamins, and supplements in general. Seems the consensus was we don't need them! Now with the article you just posted...I am really beginning to think that we REALLY don't need them! I am still taking COQ 10..recommended during herceptin (8yrs ago).
Thinking seriously about discontinuing my daily multi vitamin, the COQ 10, and then there is the calcium...aaaaargh!!!!!
