I'd pick this if I was opting for a mastectomy after - because of only 4 treatments of Taxol and a pCR of 51%.

However, if I was going for a lumpectomy I would opt for Neo TCHP with a pCR of 64%.

Or how about door #3, functional profiling at Rational Therapeutics, let science pick the best treatment for me before I have to be the test dummy with toxic chemo.
