discouraging side effects on kadcyla

I'm a little over a week past my second kadcyla treatment and I'm having chills occasionally, bad nausea, fatigue and no appetite.. I really don't want to discontinue in case it may get better and work for a very long time.. anybody have anything they can add?

Neuropathy and easy bleeds. Red spots. Everything but neuropathy goes away once you stop taking it. Use it for as long as you can, exercise and eat well. Eliminate as much sugar as you can, for me it was an inflammatory. The side effects sound normal.

Hi Deb,
I've been on TDM-1 for few months and have similar symptoms. Karen gave some good advice:) I would also add that you can ask for steroid infusion before each treatment and that did help a little with the nausea. Otherwise for me it has been one of the more tolerable treatments. I hope it works well for you ..
