HER2 Support Group Forums - Considering starting a Non Profit to benifit breast cancer survivors

After our experience with the Little Pink Houses of Hope, I've been thinking and praying about possibly setting up a non profit organization and putting together free retreats at a beach in Florida for women with breast cancer. I am planning on contacting the founder of LPHOH and others to get a better idea of all it involves. Anybody have good resources/tips on such an endeavor? Anybody here ever begin a non-profit organization?

I've also been toying with starting a local breast cancer support group in my area. Not sure I would do both but am thinking through ideas and possibilities. Anybody part of a great in-person breast cancer group that wants to talk about it? If yes, what makes it great for you?
