Tried Updating Signature; Got This Message
Your signature cannot be longer than 1000 characters excluding BB code markup.
What does this mean, how do I get rid of it? Thanks, Karen |
Re: Tried Updating Signature; Got This Message
Don't know what it means exactly...but I got it too!
I took it as a hint that either A - I've been sick too long, and it's time to get better...or else B - I've been sick too long, stop updating the tale of woe :) That's why I haven't added any of my latest "stuff" to my treatment history. Denise |
Re: Tried Updating Signature; Got This Message
LOL Denise!
Sounds like a new setting of some sort. Maybe they can change it. I mean, since I became stage IV my goal has been to have my chart at UCSF get so fat they would need a forklift to bring it out! I was up to about 5 folders before they went electronic so now I'm really po's. I guess the only thing now is to have my records get so big they crash the whole system, but I wouldn't wish that on them. |
Re: Tried Updating Signature; Got This Message
I think it is just that you have used up the allowable space in the signature section. We used to have more space available, but when we upgrades in 2010, the amount was cut. I'll see if we can add some space, I know a few others have had this issue also.

Re: Tried Updating Signature; Got This Message
I got the same message. But I'm a wee bit OCD so I played around with my signature for about 20 minutes until I could fit it all in! LOL.
