I have had my tumours in my airways oblitarated (95% removed), so I breathe more easily without making a noise like if I was snoring awake. it was getting pretty bad and felt like i would chock sometimes.

[PS: I do not want to be mis-read I still have a lot of tumors in my lungs inclded 2 that are over 6>cm and smaller ones. The 95 % refers to the blockage only of the airways (in the carinas and bellow) they burned the blockage doing a sort bronchoschopy with a laser at the end, but cannot remove tumours else where with this menthod unfortunately.]


I am going through criteria and biopsy for a trial.. will let you know when it is comfirmed I am accepted (do not want to jinx it), it a super lapatinb type, next generation trialled in the UK and Japan.

I'm a strong believer of 'endorphin' - the hormone release in the brain that has positive effect on cancer/disease fighting. So exercise, meditate, sing, read... do whatever that make us feel good! It does have positive effect on us - physically as well as emotionally!

Thanks for sharing. We are all entitled to feeling good!

by the way I was too young for the AR Trial you needed to be 45, anyway I was not that keen..

oh and I cannot have herceptine with navelbine in the Uk anymore. Once you progress with herceptin they cut you off.. even if the drug shows synergy..

Anyway let's hope for that new lapatinib It sounds like I am eligible but will know for sure next week..
