Mary Jo NE PA/BiPolar
Stage 1
Node involvement 0 Tch n q3x6 Ac 2x4 T 2x4 I can't understand what he wrote, this is what I could make out. Had one node removed no more surgery. Herpecin x1 yr. Hormone and Radiation..No clue what comes when. The Dr. in Hershey told me that the nodes or size of tumor didn't matter because everything will be treated the same as HER2. I am also BiPolar. Does anyone else have this disorder and getting treatment? Thanks, Mary Jo |
Re: Mary Jo NE PA/BiPolar
Hi,
I guess I should talk to my Dr. because there are so many "Natural" drugs that I can't take. Including vitamins. |
Re: Mary Jo NE PA/BiPolar
Yes, Mary Jo, you need to be very careful about what you take, and even the foods that you eat can interact with chemo, and/or expose you to bacteria that are dangerous. Stage 1, 0 nodes is good, and it sounds like you will be getting fairly aggressive treatment. I have "regular" depression, and breast cancer doesn't make it easier. Please make sure your oncologist knows about your disorder and medications, and that your psychiatrist gets all the info about your cancer treatment.

Thank you for your response. All of this is happening so fast it's a world wind that keeps me busy. Which is good.
