Update and Thank You
 

I posted in the old thread but I didn't want anyone to miss my heartfelt thankyou to all of you for your support.
Taxotere started today.

As always, I know where to come when I need a lift....I started Taxotere today....Aloxi and benedryl as premeds, and of course 3 doses of dexamethasone...and now Neulasta, Zyrtek, Nexium and wig shopping...guess I have found a new way to get rid of gray hair!

Again, thank you for all the love and support and prayers...each and every one of you have touched me and helped me heal in a way you may not even know!

Hoping this will be my new miracle, until other options open up!

I am so glad you posted. I have been thinking about you, hoping you found something and of course you were in my prayers.
Love your humor about wigs and gray hair. You are right of course. We can be any color, length and style we want to be with wigs. We don't need to bother coloring our hair or expensive hair products. Just pop on the wig and off we go !!!!!!!!!!

Glad to hear from you see that fighting spirit shine through. Keeping you in prayers as you slay the rogue cells once again!

Fingers and toes crossed for success! I have been thinking of you constantly and you are definitely in my prayers. I hope you can feel them coming though as you recover from your infusion. Let us know how it goes for you. That Aloxi is good stuff.

I so loved reading through all the thoughtful and heartfelt comments- and then I didn't have enough time to leave my own. But you've been on my mind and I am happy to read the update. You sound sturdy again and ready... I so admire you :)

Sheila, I don,t post much, but I have followed your Cancer journey, you truly are an inspiration. Cancer sucks as we all know, but you have a true fighting spirit.
