Papillary Adenocarcinoma of the breast ANYONE???
 

Anyone have any info on this type of breast cancer...Dont have the tumor assay yet, but I have not heard of this type and am having a hard time getting info online. My youngest sister was diagnosed today with this type of breast cancer.....

I never heard of it, but I want to offer some emotional support to your sister. You are a good role model for her too !! Tell her to hang in there and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

It just never stops for you does it. I did a quick search and it looks like it's got a good prognosis. I found this on a page by the ACS. I just wanted it noted that I was told by someone that has transcribes medical records for yrs they use the word "Carcinoma & Adenocarcinoma interchangeable." So hopefully that applies here? Someone feel free to correct me if not?

Your sister sure has someone qualified to help guide her along when it comes to bc. I just wish she didn't have to deal with it at all. I sure hope everything turns out ok. Keep us updated.
