Just wondering...thinking the shoulder surgery is behind you I hope, and you are on the road to recovery....I know it must be painful...but keep looking forward, it will be better in time.....let me know when fork lifting and driving are in the cards...we will do lunch!

Adding my wishes for a gentle and pain free recovery. I know you were not keen on the shoulder replacement route, but hopefully in the LONG RUN this will be the best option for you.

Can you go to some water therapy pools?

I'd also like to send my wishes for a "quicker then planned recovery". I can only imagine how rough it's been. I hope your hanging in there and your not dealing with too much pain. Once this is all behind you...you will be so glad you did it. Nothing will slow you down.
