Tamoxifin?
 

What is Tamoxifin? What is it for? It seems like a lot of you are on this. None of my doctors (surgeon, onc) has ever mentioned this?

It's a hormone therapy, usually given to pre menopausal ladies if er/pr+ after bc treatment. I only took it for six weeks before having my ovaries out and taking arimidex (an aromatase inhibiter, usually given to post menopausal ladies) and almost five years out I'm still doing okay:)

i'm confused now. i thought it was for pre-menopausal and arimidex and femara etc were for post.
