Taking steroid pre-meds?
 

Just wondering if anyone in active chemo is asking about alternatives to steroid pre-meds:

Furthermore steroids have a very negative effect on the immune system.

I managed to avoid taking steroids for most of my chemo time except for the last one because I was getting too tired and was told to take it (but in insight I should have avoided it too). That said for more fragile/older patient I am not sure that this is an option.
