27 Survivors from all the country over met in Angola, IN for an amazing experience at Breast Fest 3...It was cold, but the love and togetherness was warm....it took my mind off of my Tykerb fight for a weekend!

I am so happy that you had a break from the battles with insurance and got to get together with fellow survivors / warriors.

Hi Shelia, It would seem this couldn't have come at a much better time. Give you some time to get away and de-stress...just what the doctor ordered. I am thrilled you had chance to meet up with everyone...sounds fun! :) Thats a great picture...& the smile on both of your faces is proof you enjoyed yourselves. Woo hoo!

Sheila, most of the ladies attending this have been my close friends for four years on another site and I'm delighted you got to go and have a good time:)
I've promised to surprise them and turn up one of these years!

The highlight of my weekend was meeting you! You are a beautiful, kind, gracious, smart, funny and loving woman.

Praying for you, girl. Soon you will be back in control of your treatment~ damn the insurance company. As Karen suggested- do we need to storm the insurance company with phone calls and emails? Just let us know when and we will clog all their incoming lines! We can be a powerful group.
