Just to say HI
 

Just wanted to stop by and say "HI" to all my friends here! I've been wildly busy with school starting, the garden, the hubby etc etc! And thank GOD I have a job that is busy!

I finished Herceptin on August 10, and since then, I feel liberated and FREE!!! I am going to the gym everyday, and I have been eating smart. I will get this chemo weight off if it KILLS ME!!

Komen race for the cure is Oct 17 this year in Little Rock! I'm REALLY excited about it this year! Last year I was in the middle of chemo, and didn't get to enjoy it much.

I will be having a little surgery on Sept 23 to revise my frankenboobs.

Hi Terri....Sounds as if life is treating you well. Hey, you HAVE a job. That is HUGE in today's world.

Glad to hear you are moving forward and taking care of yourself.

Good to see you, Terri! I've got the curly little hairdo, too. Little difficult to get it to do what I want, but I love it. Let me know how the weightloss goes. I'm there with you, too. So far haven't lost a thing since chemo, but I can tell it's about to happen now that we're off Herceptin and exercising more and more. Glad you finished radiation, o.k. Skin feeling better? Mine's just a little itchy still but nice and smooth, and looks like a could only afford a "little" spray tan.

Hi Terri!! Love the hair!!! I am still (4 years later) stuck with about 15 lbs of chemo weight...hmmm...although my osteoporosis treatment has worked to give me more bone density so maybe I can attribute the 15 lbs to that???!!! XO Suzan
