nice way to start the day...
 

On my way into the grocery store this morning, 2 young women had a booth, fundraising for the Seattle Breast Cancer 3 Day. I told them that I did not have any $$ (sad but true...) but that I was a SURVIVOR and appreciated thier efforts! They said to stop by on my way out of the store. I did. They said that I was the first survivor that they had talked to that day, they gave me a pink 'survivor' bracelet, a box of Seattle's Best Survivor Chick Chocloates, and a pink ribbon magnet for the car!!! What a great way to start the day!!! xo Suzan

Chocolates --- yummmmm! I miss them - as I gave them up (along with sugar) and I also miss Seattle! I see your photo says N. Mexico --- did you move to Seattle, or are you vacationing? I used to live in Redmond --- sometimes I really miss the NW. But, hey, Italy doesn't suck!

chocolates...gone!!! yes...I have a home in Puget Sound in WA, but "moved" to our cabin in New Mexico...for health insurance reasons...long story. We have spent the summer at our WA home, and leave for NM soon. Believe me, sounds alot more glamorous than reality...which is near-to-financial-disaster!!!
