TOPO2 gene not amplified?
 

So my new onc says - but what does this mean? He said the TOPO2 gene is not amplified, thus negative. But I am her2 positive +++ and assumed the two are related. Is there a link or a search on this forum or someone who could explain this to me?

Is this a good thing, or not?
