HER2 Survey
 

We would like to conduct telephone interviews with HER2+ metastatic
breast cancer patients on July 30th. Interviews will be 30 minutes each.


Please reply to Annette at adelabarbara@harrisinteractive.com
by July 29th with your name and phone number if you would like to
participate. We will call you to ask you a few questions to see if you
qualify. If you qualify and complete the interview, you will receive a
$125 honorarium. This can be mailed directly to you or donated in your
name to HER2+support.org.

The first five who qualify will be invited to participate, so please
reply as soon as possible.
