Prayers and Positive thoughts Needed for DonnaD
DonnaD from our group could use some positive thoughts, prayers and cyber hugs as she is going through various tests for the rib pain/fx area again....we all know what a game cancer can play with us, physically and emotionally.....just want to send her some extra strength and love from all of us that the tests will come back clear and she can go back to somewhat normal!
Love ya Donna |
I'm sending my love and prayers!!!
My love to you, Gemma |
Hey Donna!
I'm adding my prayers for your scans, etc to look clean and put you back on track for outrageous fun with your family. Please let us know what's up, girl. Much love to ya Donna, ma |
Sending prayers and positive thoughts for your scans! With love, Lisa

Donna
You are in my thoughts and prayers. That pesky rib fracture (caused by weakness from radiation) is just rearing its head again. I am thinking of you and wish you didn't get this side effect (which is what it probably is). Sometimes you do too much in the garden or Spring cleaning (at least after this, you will know that that is your weak spot and will have to baby that forever). Huge hugs and kisses from me |
Hi Donna.......(and hello Sheila too AND thank you for bringing this to our attention)......
I was just thinking of you the other day and wondered how dear, sweet Donna is doing. I'm sorry you are having to go through this but am feeling confident that all will check out well. However, I KNOW how frustrating.....scary.....and anxious times like these can be for us so I am praying for your peace and calm as you wait for the good news. Love to you sweet Donna........YOU are loved!!!! Mary Jo |
Donna, I'll add my prayers and good thoughts for good scan results and hope the rib pain goes away soon. Pam
|
Donna,
I'm thinking of you and hoping with you and Loren that the tests will show nothing "serious". |
Hi Donna, best wishes from me too!!!
|
From her posts I know she is such a loving friend and grandma. She can have all the strength I can share with her, now.
|
Here's to normalcy Donna. Prayers and healing thoughts are being sent to you as we await your results together. Sending love and a smile. Keep strong as we walk along with you.>>Believe51

Hi Donna, You can count me in....I will be sending lots of positive thoughts your way and will keep you in my prayers. I think Becky is right on track here. But that being said I know the emotional toll it takes on you until you get the all clear. Here's to you getting good results soon so you can get back to a some what normal life. Hang in there.

Donna,
I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. I have been thru the same scarey time with ribs. Turned out to be just as Becky said, rib fracture due to weakened radiated area. I continue to have issues, especially when I over extend myself physically, or if I get really tired. This has become my warning signal to get some rest! We're here holding your hand, ready to applaud when nothing shows up! |
Hi Donna,
Just want you to know you have my prayers for all positive news....( I am sure it is what Becky said) re: radiaiton tender spot on rib...:( Sending you lots of Love, Jean |
Hi Donna,
I am sending positive thoughts your way from Canada... big hugs to you. all the best caya |
Donna I'm sorry you 're going through the waiting game and tests again, we all know what that feels like so sending you all the positive vibes and prayer's I can muster:)
|
I know that you must be feeling anxious. I am hopeful that it's tenderness from the rads. Saying prayers for comfort and NO cancer.
Hugs and Prayers, Lexi |
Donna,
Much love and prayers headed your way........ |
First, thank you all for you thoughts, prayers and positive vibes. No one in the world can understand this waiting game except you. I am so blessed to have this family!
I got some good news from my onc by e-mail last night at 10:24 pm. We still have not heard from the thoracic surgeon but all blood test came back good including tumor markers and the alkaline phosphatase (elevation could show bone mets). I am feeling confident now that it is the old fractures causing the uptake on the bone scan and the pain (which is getting better daily). Just reading Becky and Sassy's post helped. Not out of the woods but I can see the blue sky again. Hugs to all of you. Donna |
