national low cost ambulance service?
 

Hello,
Sorry this is off topic but is there a national ambulance service like "angels flight"?
A patient needs to get from Lewiston Idaho to NYC for treatment but according to her sister (my friend and BC survivor) she can't travel by plane.
any suggestions? otherwise looks like it'll cost about $10,000 to hire an ambulance and nurse. Not sure that's possible.
