I have private messaged her that her link did not work.
Hopefully it is a legetimate survey and we can help out. I Yahooed "Elizabethtown Masters occupational therapy students" and did find the school.

Here's a link I found from LBBC website - not sure if it is the same survey. But it is from the same school:

ps. Looks like it is O.K. They put the same survey on Breast Cancer Network of Strength (formerly Y-me) also.

Guys,

I live just a few miles of Elizabethtown College here in Pennsylvania. I can assure you it is an excellent school. I had emailed them initially telling them their link was not opening and they corrected it. I checked. It seems they are having difficulties again. This makes an older, technically-challenged lady feel somewhat vindicated in that if these young whippersnappers cannot manage a successful link no wonder I have difficulties! I have not had any P.T. so I cannot assist them, but I am hopeful that we will be able to give them a hand provided they can get their technical side working!

The Link seems to be working now.
