How will I know my skin is healed enough?

to do water aerobics? My skin is bright red and I have some soreness to the touch, but nothing wet or oozing. Some peeling, but dry.

I have only 2 rads left and I am soooo anxious to get into a structured excersize program. I'm so fat that I'm depressed. I'm normally active and athletic, but this has taken everything from me. I'm ready to start a new chapter!

I'm so there.

I don't have an answer, but I am so right there with you. Since treatment started, about six months ago, I've gained about 20 pounds! I'm waiting for surgery to heal so I can swim and jog, and get back in shape so I can go back to college to finish my dance degree I dropped out of about 8 years ago. Now that my boobs are gone my belly looks twice as big. Shopping for clothes is mucho depressing.

Yeah, I found that out after my mastectomy too. That "most" ladies clothing were made for boobed ladies. It was a challenge to find feminine looking garments that didn't accentuate the chest.

I'm a tall girl (6'). I have 800cc implants. They are pretty much lost on my frame, but they give me a little "something" to give a garment shape. I've got about 80lbs to lose :(. 3 years ago, I was competing in taekwondo tournaments. I am MISERABLE in this body.

Thanks for listening. Sorry for the rant.
