Oh, Julie! What wonderful pictures of wonderful kids with awesome mama! thanks for sharing and for being you!

Now, as for Marie......Girl, you gotta have your pictures posted sometime. When I need a lift, I just picture you with your arm out the window of that mile-long caddy singing at the top of your lungs in the sunshine....pausing once in a while to scream a time or two! ma

Julie,

This is a beautiful tribute to you and your children. My heart breaks for you. I have 3 children as well, but my youngest is 14.

Hugs to you and your precious 3.

Oh Julie - this is SO beautiful! As of course are you, no matter how much hair you have.

Your comment "aren't PEOPLE awesome" reminded me of a woman I knew in a cancer support group. It was a faith-based group, so it was sort of a cross between a bible study and a support group. One day she opened the meeting by saying "you know, I was thinking about how awesome God is, and there's these beautiful mountains, oceans, trees and all that, but PEOPLE are really His best things..."

So true.

Thanks SO much! I just wanted to tell everyone when I got these.

One thing that still sticks out for me is the statement about Survivors. I really thought about a Survivor as someone who SurvivED cancer. For some reason, I guess it just hit me in that moment that I am SurvivING. I am a SurvivOR. That was the thing that my family keeps talking with me about. It seemed like such a small statement, but it meant so much to me. It was like my breakthrough moment how I was just hearing the oncologist's words about "You're terminal" and how mad it made me. After long and frustrating typing at my computer, I turned on my caps lock and said "DAMN IT! WE'RE ALL TERMINAL!" After that, I was so relieved.

What a difference your outlook makes?

Keep fighting!

Julie,

That really touched my heart...how very beautiful and muh needed today. You are an inspiration to us all! I, too, was told I was Terminal recently. I cried for hours, then decided to keep on fighting, as you have done. You are absolutely right, we are all Terminal. Keep the faith and hold those sweet, dear angelas closely. You are an amazing woman and I thank God that I have you in my life. Love and hope, spribnkled with constant prayers, Vickie
