Actinol monthly vs wkly
 
I have been taking Fosomax weekly (70mg) for osteopenia. My OB GYN has suggested I might want to try the monthly Actinol. Anyone have any comments on the benefits or risks to the differences in these dosages? I do not get any side effects from the weekly dosages.
