Pfizer drug fails to beat tamoxifen at 2.75 years
Pfizer Inc said on Thursday its Aromasin cancer drug was no betterthan tamoxifen at achieving disease-free survival after 2.75 yearsamong postmenopausal women with hormone-sensitive early breastcancer.
