Help for a friend

I was wondering if any of you would be able to help... A woman on the breastcancer.org board just found out that she has mets to brain and spinal fluid. Do any of you know if Herceptin can be used through an omya reservoir to treat both brain mets and spinal fluid mets? She is Her2+.
