Another member has earned her wings
 

Some of you have noticed the posts on the Newcomer's Forum that "Goops" had been admitted to hospice and then passed away.

It is easy to see how much she loved and was loved. We had not seen her on this site for about a month and that is always worrying.

Thanks for keeping us informed. Goops will be in our hearts and prayers. She was a brave warrior and I think she would want us all to keep fighting, keep advocating, and finding a cure for this awful disease.

Unfortunately I have yet to get to know many of my HER2 Family as personally as each of you know and correspond with each other. But am also saddened to hear of another sister earning her wings. I read her Orbituary and her Life. My prayers to her family.

We fight so hard and go through so much and then suddenly breast cancer seems to explode and we die. Does the Herceptin stop working? What does the scientist who discovered Herceptin say about this?

I pray that our newly elected President hears our Prayers for Answers. Take Care everyone.
