FYI Fosamax came out with vit D versions:


70 mg alendronate/2800 IU vitamin D
3 or 70 mg alendronate/5600

IU vitamin D3 tablet once weekly

Both vit D doses are considerably less than the weekly 45,000 IU dose tested in this study however.
