Thank goodness! I am very happy about your great news. Headaches are no fun but at least they aren't happening from this very scary reason.
I bet they won't be as bad now that this stress is over. Big hug to you |
That is wonderful news. Headaches are terrible, but I bet the pain is suddenly more tolerable.
Hugs Lien |
Great news!

I am so happy that it was nothing serious...I know how scary not knowing can be....I hope the headaches resolve on their own.... |
Rendi, I'm so sorry about your headaches...but I'm thrilled to hear you had a clean brain scan. :)
I did just hear on the news the other night that this time of year is one of the biggest for headaches due to allergies and weather changes. Especially right now when it's so dry. It had been so hot and humid, and now it's dried out and getting cold at night. I know I've been having lots of headaches too and plan on a brain MRI. But I'm hoping its just the change of season like I heard on the news. Now that you are have a clean scan...lets hope that's one step to your headaches disappearing. Hang in there. Chelee |
Great news and maybe now your headaches won't be
as bad without the stress of test and not knowing. Take care. patb |
Great News! Glad you can worry a little less now.
|
glad that you got good news. had awful headaches when i tried lifting weights and had scans. they decided it was a pinched nerve. have you done anythiing strenuous lately?
|
Rendi - So glad to hear your headaches are due to "other reasons". While they are never fun, you must be relieved!
|
I am so relieved to hear your scans were good. Headaches are so common it seems among us. I had a brain MRI around the same time you did because of headaches, mine came back fine also. I've been suffering with headaches due to Herceptin..I start getting them the day I have my drip done, I actually feel my sinus's stuffing up with the drip, neckaches due to pinched nerves since I started chemo. It's good to get it checked out for piece of mind and to stay on top of things especially with us stage IV gals. Headaches are hard to live with but it's easier just knowing it's nothing more serious..sherryg683

Awesome Rendi.....I'm happy for you. EVERYTHING is better when we know it isn't cancer.
Hugs and happiness, Mary Jo |
Great news Rendi - glad your headaches are well, headaches. I think the change in the weather at this time of year does affect our bodies. All of a sudden I've got muscle aches like I did when I was on taxotere - I'm sure it is the shift to cooler, drier weather.
all the best caya |
Rendi, glad to hear that MRI was fine.

Good news Rendi on your brain scan.
We had another member who was getting frequent headaches and I believe it was determined that it was due to her clenching of her teeth which she was doing while stressed. |
Rendi, I didn't see your earlier posts but I can only imagine the stress and fear that you were under. What GREAT news! Enjoy. Eric

Rendi,
Glad to hear that your scan was good! Joan |
Rendi, great news!!! I am so happy for you.

Dear Rendi -
Now that you have the scan results - happily negative - are your docs or nurses suggeting anything else for you?? I am thinking along the lines of a massage therapist or acupuncture? I know that my massage therapist always finds knots and tight places in my neck and shoulder blades areas to work out. I feel a lot better after that. But my headaches are mild and mostly due to allergies. |
Great news Rendi! Thanks for letting us know.
