~Leaving For Eastern Carribbean Tomorrow~2nd Cancervesary Cruise
How will I be able to stay away from this board for 2 weeks?? If I really get desperate I can go to the ship's computers for a minute....hehehehe!
Two years for The Mighty Oak. Wowsa!! I am so blessed that he is still here and that we get to celebrate another year cancerversay. Hey, this feels good, hopefully we can keep collecting them! We are headed to Miami and we are planning on meeting a couple of family members on the way. One of them I will not mention a name. I will say that I am going to have to bring cupcakes though..hehe!>>Believe51 PS: This was suppossed to be a "Remission Cruise" but is a celebration of 2 years. On the ship we will be planning another remission cruise for 6-9 months from then. Planning things are not something that we do that much since cancer came to town. However, we will be planning for remission!! |
So Excited For You Both
Marie - I want to wish you and Ed and wonderful wondeful cruise. I know you will both have a great time.
Make sure to eat everything they give you and then some. It is so relaxing and so much fun. Update us on your return. |
Cruise
Enjoy your cruise Marie and Ed. To me it is the most relaxing vacation ever. What ship are you going on? I am going on the Glory , November 15 western route. Only 59 days to go. You relax, have a drink of the day and have fun, Jeanette

Hey, Hey, Hey
You go girl. Imagine, we are going on "SISTER" Ships! (How cute!) We will be on the Liberty. It is a grande ship and one of the fleets largest. My girlfriends just went on the Glory and are still talking about it. You are going to love it so much. Good for you. Do not worry about getting seasick, chances are you will not. Hey, if you could make it this far on your journey, no boat is gonna take you down. I will be counting down right with you>>Believe51

Marie and Ed, you two deserve this so much. Please bask in the sunshine and the company of each other. Enjoy your time together as you take in the beautiful sights. I am hoping for good weather and nothing but a peaceful retreat for the two of you. I hope you dance.

Enjoy the cruise and of course, each other. Take the celebration with you but leave the cancer on the dock-if possible. I am newly diagnosed but already relialize I talk about it all the time it seems. Enjoy beautiful weather and can't wait to hear about your wonderful, well deserved Vacation!! My best to you both.

Have a MOST WONDERFUL time!
Getting away from the cancer routine is the best "medicine." Ed will profit greatly as will you. Consider this also as a Mental Health Break. I am also packing for a trip tomorrow. Will be taking my Mom to visit cousins and my sister in central Florida. Me doing the driving down there will not be nearly as relaxing as your cruise. Be selfish - this is YOUR time together. http://her2support.org/vbulletin/ima...ons/icon12.gif |
Marie - Have a wonderful, relaxing time on your cruise. Enjoy each sunny day, watch the waves ripple on the blue ocean, and celebrate the 2 year mark with Ed.
all the best caya |
Marie & Ed
Bon Voyage......enjoy this time together....the food is amazing, the sea air intoxicating.....have the time of your lives!!!!! Then come back and make us all jealous and envious... We will miss you, but enjoy and don't even think about "C" |
Dearest Marie and Ed,
Once you get on the boat, your goal is to FORGET ALL ABOUT CANCER! Believe it or not, it can happen. Just float along and indulge yourselves because you deserve it. Do not use the ship computers to do anything but maybe check out your NEXT cruise! sorry 'bout the cupcakes...I know our bro has been looking forward to your visit and will feel really guilty about the cupcake bush. |
Sweet Marie and Ed, the Mighty Oak, you guys have a great trip and cruise and enjoy your well-deserved break!
