bone density and increased risk

It is hard to figure this one out. There seems to be such good information indicating that vitamin D deficiency may be tied to poorer prognosis for those diagnosed with bc. Yet those who don't have vitamin D deficiency and whose bones are more dense may also be at higher risk for being diagnosed with bc:

Lower estrogen levels are tied to bone loss. Higher estrogen levels are tied to healthier and denser bones (but are also associated with more bc risk)
