Anti-Estrogen Diets

Hi, I am new to the board. I was diagnosed in Feb. -Positive ER, PR and Her2/neu. Trying to get a handle on any variables I can help control in dealing with this. Has anyone with positive ER tried any anti-estrogen diets. Would love to hear any feedback.
