Help!

I have been unable to register and followed the link to the administer 3 times so I can log in, but I have not recieved any word from Joe.
If anyone has any ideas, or suggestions how to complete this, I would really appreciate it.
I think the problem is my new email address since I moved to Denver.
Any help will be appreciated.
