Vit. D supplement has not been updated by the FDA since 1997
even though new studies show higher values.
Remember when taking your Vit. D to take D3. It is a shame that the FDA is trailing behind and not updating their information ten years is way too long. Much has changed since '97 http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/111917.php |
vitamin D question
Hi Jean,
Earlier this year, after a discussion on the main forum about a vitamin D article, I got on a website that was the national professional group for laboratory workers, and sent them an inquiry asking whether the standard recommended vitamin D dosage was adequate, given the newer info about vitamin D. I never received a response. Thanks for posting this. AlaskaAngel |
